As a Medical Assistant you are the liaison between medical professionals, doctors, pharmacists, insurance companies and patients. This comprehensive 140-hour program prepares students to perform clinical tasks and functions to keep healthcare facilities running smoothly.

Through classroom lectures and hands-on labs, this program prepares students to assist physicians with administrative and clinical responsibilities in a medical office. Administrative duties may include answering telephones, greeting patients, calling in prescriptions to a pharmacy, and scheduling appointments.
